Sweet & Sour Roast

Sweet & Sour Roast

Brown roast
Pack 1 cup of Brown Sugar on top of roast
Slowly pour 1 cup of vinegar over the roast
( I used 1/2 cup apple cider and 1/2 cup red wine)
Bake in oven at 300 for 3 hours

It's that easy!  I cut up onions, potatoes and carrots to go along.  Hope you enjoy!!  I'll be sharing a yummy spinach and artichoke, mozzarella stuffed meatballs and a leek stuffed chicken later this week.  Let me know if you tried it and you liked it!!
