Before & After

As I mentioned earlier this week, I finally made an appointment to get my hair cut!  I was able to go today thanks to my sweet friend Lauren who took care of Stafford.

Despite spending an inordinate amount of time getting advice from my girlfriends at our small group last night I still had no idea what I was going to do when I went to see the stylist.  I had decided I didn't want to cut much length but I couldn't decide on color.  I wasn't sure if I wanted to continue to grow out my natural color (seen in picture below) or get highlights again.

After talking things over with the stylist for a long time I did decide to get highlights just along my crown.  Hopefully they will be easy to maintain and a little cheaper as well.  I don't think you can tell a lot in the pictures below but I think it looks very good in person.  I do have to give Peter a hard time though because he might be the most non-observant person on the planet.  Taking his cue from the discussion last night when I walked in I asked him if he liked it.  "Yes," he replied, "it is definitely darker!"  This was AFTER I told him I had highlights!

According to and my stylist the hottest trend for 2011 is something called "color streaming."  Apparently this is where you have mostly natural color on top but then it fades to colored hair on the bottom?

Beatystat says,

"You keep a veil of the natural hair color on the top, as well as underneath. There are bolder streams of color that are only about 2 to 3 levels lighter than the natural color but the streams get lighter and lighter towards the ends."

The stylist says that is pretty close to what I've got.  I'm not sure I see it, but that is ok.

All in all I was very satisfied with my trip to this salon.  The stylist, Sydney was professional, very sweet and totally willing to deal with my unwillingness to commit to a color.  She did an excellent job on the cut and highlights!

I wish I had better pictures to show the difference but I haven't figured out how to use the self-timer on my camera so this will have to do!

1st Quarter Top Five

Amber's Articles

My friends Courtney & Amber are co-hosting a fun link-up highlighting our favorite subjects-our children!  Whether furry or fussy we love them!!  The link-up is supposed to highlight our favorite pictures from the first quarter of 2011.  I can't believe 2011 is already 1/4 of the way behind us for starters.  And secondly after looking back at my pictures I have realized that I don't  pick up my camera as much as I should.  I had plenty of cute pictures but I know I need to take more in order to improve.  My goal for the next quarter is to have WAY too many to choose from!  These didn't have to be technically correct photos-just photos that I love!

Photo 1: I love this picture of Stafford.  I think he little rosy cheeks are so sweet.  This was from a series of pictures when he was "helping" Peter with his homework.  He looked up with this cute smile and I was so glad I captured it.  Daddy-Stafford moments just make my heart melt.

Photo 2: Bear was our first "baby" and he has been so sweet with Stafford.  It took Stafford a while to notice Bear was around but now whenever he sees him he gets a huge grin on his face and makes a lot of noise.  He especially loves it when Bear barks and growls at him in play.  This was the first time we actually sat down with the two of them to give them some bonding time.  Stafford just kept hugging him!  So sweet!!

Photo 3: I can not get enough of this picture.  I just adore it.  We were getting ready to take his first "big boy" bath in his rubber duck tub.  I wasn't sure how he would react so we were playing with the duck in his room first.  I just happened to catch this adorable expression while we were playing.  His hair is everywhere which is his trademark!

Photo 4: This was from the same day.  I love the quizzical look on his face as he examines the duck tub.  He was trying to squeeze the bill because it makes a quacking sound.

Photo 5: Melts my heart!  This mouth wide open expression is typical and I can't get enough of it!  Stafford was sporting his new cap and playing his xylophone.  He turned around when I called his name and I managed to capture this cute little face!  I love it!!

So those are my top five for the first quarter of 2011.  I'm inspired to get out the camera more often this next quarter and hopefully I'll have some great shots to share with you in a couple of months!

What A Beautiful Day

Do you ever just have one of those days?  Or one of those weeks?  Most of the time you hear people say that and the next thing they say is, "I can't wait for Friday!!"  Well, I had one of those days and one of those weeks.  And I'm hear to tell you that it was beautiful!!  Chris Cagle sings a song called "What a Beautiful Day".  He marks all the amazing things that happen with a number.  Day 1: I stumbled through hello on 5th avenue, Day 2: we grabbed a bite to eat and talked all afternoon.  The song ends with Day 18, 253 well that's 50 years, Yeah,  hears to you and me!  And throughout the chorus he talks about love and what a wonderful emotion it is.  It's such a cute song and it gets me smiling everytime I hear it.

I love celebrating the big things in life but I REALLY love celebrating the small things.  Why?  Well, number one I'm all about being thankful!  And number two, the small things happen much more often, giving you all the more reason to celebrate!

Here are some of the things I am loving about this week!!

1. UK is in the Final Four!!!!  This hasn't happened since I was a senior in high school which we all know was back in the dark ages, otherwise known as the 90s!  I am SO excited to watch the CATS play and hoping for another Championship!!

2. I adore Spring.  I think it might be perpetually Spring in my garden in heaven.  Don't worry, I'll still come visit your garden if you prefer winter, but in my garden there will be massive amount of flowers that perfume the air.  I smelled so amazing outside tonight when I was running.

3. Running?  Oh yes running.  After I bellyached a little bit here I got some great advice from my friends about my running issues.  My dear friend Amber suggested I try the run/walk method.  Hello running breakthrough!!!  Holey moley!  Today I ran my fastest 5K time EVER!  EVER!!!!  I beat my previous time by at least 2 minutes and averaged less than a 13 minute mile!  I also ran 4 miles in less than 52 minutes.  If you recall my best times before were around 16 minutes.  So with trying the new method I have already cut 3 minutes off my time.  I almost liked running today.  Almost!

4. I get to get my hair done FINALLY!!  you might have read my post where I asked for advice about how to cut and color it here.  What I neglected to mention in this post is that I promised myself I would lose a certain amount of weight before getting it done.  My hair is looking terrible but I finally got to my goal weight!  I have an appointment Thursday afternoon and I could not be more excited!!  I need to think up some more motivational things for the next 25 pounds.  Any suggestions?

5. I am doing a Bible Study at our church and I just love it.  I love the ladies, I love the teaching and I love the encouragement.  I am SO blessed to be able to stay home with Stafford and as a by-product I get to participate in things like this.

6. I am Grove City bound in less than 2 weeks!!  I can not WAIT to be in PA!!!!  I will get to see my parents, my grandma and lots of dear dear college friends.  I love these ladies like sisters!!

7. We got DVR.   Yeah, we are totally in the stone-age technologically.  But these guys came by and offered us a great deal on a new cable package and so we agreed to try it for a month.  After 2 days I'm totally addicted!  I love that little red recording dot that allows me to go to bed during my favorite shows and fast forward through the commercials the next day!!

8. I ran into a dear friend today who used to mentor me when Peter and I were dating.  It was lovely to see her and it just reminded me of how far I have come since then.  I am so thankful for her sweet influence in my life!

I think there were other things that I am excited about but I can't remember them all.  The next time you have "one of those days" try to think of all the wonderful blessings in your life!!  No matter how big or small it will do wonders for your heart to be thankful!!

Oh! I know what it was!!!!  HANDPICKED GROUPON!!!!  Those of you who really know me are laughing out loud at this very moment and I just don't care.  Best Groupon ever!!!!!!!!!

Miscellaneous Monday

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters

1. What's Your Favorite Color Baby?

Blue & White!  I have to give a shout-out to the CATS again!  The handily beat #1 overall seed Ohio State and perennial power UNC this weekend to advance to the Final Four.  The last time the CATS were in the final four I was a senior in High School and we won it all.  Go Big Blue!!!

2. Migraine Brain

I've never been officially diagnosed with migraine's before but I'm pretty sure I get them.  I started going to the chiropractor a few years ago and it has made all the difference in the world.  I still get headaches occasionally though and this weekend I had a doozy!  I have to sleep them off and this one refused to go away.  Thank goodness for my super sweet spouse who took my super son to church this morning so I could sleep the headache away.  I've figured out that red onions, too much sun and sometimes not eating soon enough trigger my headaches.  Hopefully this is the last one for a while!

3. Giveaway Central

I've been wanting to do a giveaway for a while now.  I've been trying to decide what I would want to win most.  I haven't blogged about it yet and honestly my obsession with this place probably deserves it's own post but I think I'm going to giveaway a piece of jewelry from my favorite store: Handpicked.  I discovered Handpicked when I first moved to Charleston, almost 7 years ago!  Since then it has taken a good portion of my paycheck because their jewelry is irresistible as well as reasonably priced.  Recently they started a preferred customer program so I'll be stocking up before we make the big move!

4. The Move

I've been blogging about the move a lot lately because it seems to be looming!!  In some ways I'm really excited about it and then other times it doesn't even seem like it is really happening.  One of the most interesting things about moving is looking for a new house.  Peter bought our house here before we were married and it has served us well but I can not WAIT to pick out a new house (even if it is just for a couple of years).  When I first started looking for houses I thought that there was something wrong.  No houses in Tacoma have air conditioning.  What?  This southern girl was a little confused.  I mean honestly if a house doesn't have air conditioning where I'm from there has to be something wrong.  And that is when I realized that they don't have it because they don't need it.....and I am definitely in for some major weather shock!

5. Postal Pal

I never thought I'd say this but I LOVE internet shopping.  Now that I have Little Guy going out to shop just isn't quite as much fun.  He is a great shopper but I hate lugging around the carrier especially when I just need 1 thing from 4 different stores.  I don't really online shop that often but this week I had some purchases I needed to make and they just all happened to come the same week.  It was like Christmas in March!  Granted 2 of the purchases were running shoes (mine had a hole in them) and a case for my ipod so I can run with it.  But still, I love getting packages!!  You could probably send me an empty box and it would make my day!

6. Grill Week?

Yeah, I totally failed on last weeks promise of grilling goodness.  I'm going to try again this week.  I still have some fun recipes picked out and my sweet husband went to the commissary today for me so I'm all set with ingredients.  I let him do the grilling tonight-venison burgers!

I think the Little Guy is teething and it is making for some fussy days and nights!  So thankful for that Little Guy though.....he just melts my heart!!

Project 365-Week 12

One of my "goals" for this year was to become a better photographer.  I have to admit that I don't think I've made many strides in that area.  Maybe I had too many things I wanted to accomplish this year.  Somehow life just seems really busy and I never am able to find time to practice.  I know that I need to practice to improve my skills.  Regardless I am still plugging away and trying to take a picture a day or at least 7 shots a week!

March 20: This week is filled with Daddy & Stafford photos.

March 21: Naptime!

March 22: I love this picture....I think.  He looks like such a big boy with his arms crossed...almost like he is sitting there watching TV or something.  I'm not ready for him to be a big boy yet!

March 23: Stafford likes to bury his face in his arms when he is tired.  I was trying to get him to do "push-ups" here.  I wants to crawl so badly!

March 24: I spent the day cleaning out my closet, changing my clothes from winter to summer, and getting rid of anything I know I'll never fit into in the next year.  The picture quality isn't the best but my closet looks fabulous!

March 25: Daddy & Stafford cheering on the CATS!!  Well, Stafford is.  Daddy only cheers for the CATS when his teams aren't playing!

March 26: Stafford playing with his musical table.

No Pain...No Gain

Around this time last year I began changing the way I looked at life.  I don't think I was really a "cup 1/2 empty" type of person before but I decided that I would become a "cup 1/2 full of *insert favorite drink of choice*" kind of person.  Whenever something wasn't going my way I decided I would look at it positively.  Ankles the size of softballs during pregnancy turns into....thankful for a healthy pregnancy.  Heartburn = thankful for medicine.  Baby crying in the middle of night = thankful for sweet sweet baby.  You get the picture.

There is one area of my life however that I can NOT seem to see through the rose colored glasses.  I haven't blogged about it before because it's kind of one of those personal issues.  But it is a serious issue for me and I need some encouragement.  And accountability.

I am totally addicted to food.  I love food.  And after I did "no sugar September" this past year I realized that I am an emotional eater.  At night I would tell Peter that I "needed" something sugary.  After a short lecture on need vs want I realized that I just want sugar.  I want it all the time.  I want to just sit down in front of the tv with a gigantic bowl of 15 different flavours of ice cream and eat until my heart is content.  The problem is sugar does not = happiness!!  And when I really stop and think about it I know that fitting into my pre-pregnancy/pre-Peter jeans doesn't = happiness either.  But it DOES = healthiness.

I want to be healthy for my son.  I want to be able to run after him.  We all know I am not going to be able to teach him ANYTHING that even remotely resembles a sport but that doesn't mean I can't get out there and get dirty trying!

I've been training for this 1/2 marathon now since the beginning of January.  I can't say that I am always consistent but for the most part this former couch potato is running at least 10 miles a week.  Here is where my frustration lies.

#1 I have lost about 2 pounds in the last 3 months.  If you have struggled with weight loss you KNOW how discouraging that is.  Not only am I nursing Stafford but I am exercising and eating well too!!  Yes I have noticed a SLIGHT difference in the way my clothes fit.  But I am 30 pounds overweight.  There should be some difference!

#2 I am officially THE slowest runner on earth.  I'm not embarrassed about it, I just hate it that it takes me so darn long to finish a long run.  I can't even tell you how many people I've told that I'm running this 1/2 marathon and then they tell me that they run but they are "really slow".  I laugh and then they tell me that they run an 11 minute mile.  Or a 13 minute mile.  Or even a 15 minute mile.  And secretly I sort of want to kick them in the shin.  Because even after running at least 10 miles a week for the last 12 weeks I am still running a 16 minute mile!!!  Add that up and tomorrow when I do my first long run of 7 miles I'll be out there running for 112 minutes.  That is almost 2 hours!!!!!!  This 1/2 marathon is going to take me 16 days to finish!

I don't want to be an expert runner.  I want to be healthy and I want to fit back into my old jeans.  Of course by the time they fit again they'll be so out of style I need new ones so I should probably just get rid of them all now.    I get so frustrated when my friends are literally leaving the hospital in their pre-pregnancy clothes.  I knew that wasn't going to happen to me.  Let's be realistic!  I had so much water retention I looked like a beached whale.  But 7 months later after eating decently well and exercising I wish I had more progress to show.

I'm not going to give up.  I'll get up tomorrow morning and get out my new ipod running thingy that will let me listen to 2 wonderful hours of music.  I'll put on my new shoes that came in the mail this week since my old ones actually had a hole in them!  And while I'm running I will be thankful that I am able to run.  That I have a sweet baby.  That I have the time to go out and train for this race.  That I've already lost over 40 pounds That I have a dear sweet husband cheering me on.

Tomorrow maybe, just maybe, that running glass will be 1/2 full.

These moments keep it all in perspective.  So thankful for my little man!!!

Stafford's 7 Month Update

Dear Stafford,

It is hard to believe you are seven months old.  Each and every passing month brings new changes, smiles and much more love than I ever thought possible!  Daddy and I often tell each other that we knew we would love you but we had no idea it would be this much!  You bring us so much joy and we are so blessed and honored to have the privilege of raising you.

You are still in your 3-6 months clothes.  You were 15 pounds and 27.5 inches at your 6 month appointment.  Your Dr. wasn't concerned but said we should make sure we are being consistent with our solids.  We have started eating solids twice a day so I think you will start to put on some more weight.  So far though it has been perfect because by the time the weather is warm here hopefully you'll move up into your 6-9 month size.  You are still wearing size 2 diapers.  We dried a different type this month and Mama hated them.  You woke up in the middle of the night every night for the 2 weeks that we used those diapers!  Back to our standard Pampers.

You are still sucking your toes like a champ.  If you don't have socks on you are looking for your toes.  Sometimes you even lean forward while you are sitting up to find them.  You also try to suck your thumb and nurse at the same time.  This doesn't work!  You are sitting up really well and you also have started to enjoy time on your tummy.  We got out some of your Christmas presents and you have enjoyed playing with them.  I also bought you a puzzle and you play with it all the time.  The crab is your favorite piece I think.

You are still sleeping well at night and have started to be more consistent in your  napping.  You still usually take 3 naps a day although the length of them varies considerably.

We have added squash, carrots and flavoured applesauce to your diet.  So far the only thing you haven't been crazy about is avocado.

You still love music and continue to be a good traveler.  You have definitely started "talking" a lot more as well as drooling!  You give kisses to Mama all day long.  You are SUCH a loving, huggy baby!  Your little dimple just melts our hearts!!  You play each morning with your musical table.  We have started reading books and you especially like "Tails" and looking at the page with the peacock.  You jump in the doorway jumper while we eat dinner.  You love Bear and want to pet him all the time.  Your favorite toys now are your seacreatures puzzle, Sophie the giraffe and anything that makes noise.

We love you so much little boy!!!

Daddy & Mama

This month for the first time you actually noticed the pelican.  I think it is going to take both Mama & Daddy to get you to sit still in this chair for this picture from now on!!

Grill Week?

Oh the best laid plans.  I was pretty excited about all of the recipes I chose from my Better Homes & Gardens grilling cookbook.  I even went so far as to write down what we were having each day of the week just like my Mother has done for the last 30 years.  I am my own worst enemy!  Even when I try to plan ahead I never get it right!

Regardless we have grilled out at least ONCE this week so I have 2 yummy recipes to share with you.  The first is super yummy because it includes one of my favorite foods on earth-goat cheese.  I seriously want to get a goat so I can just make my own cheese.  We could feed the goat all of our leftovers and then I wouldn't have to spend money on goat cheese.  Plus we'd be that weird couple that has a goat.  I'll have to talk to Peter about this one.

I digress.  You must try these chicken sandwiches!!

Chicken Sandwiches with Goat Cheese Spread

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (yum!! favorite ingredient #2!!!)
2 T. olive oil
1 T snipped fresh rosemary (if you don't grow your own you should start!)
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 10-12 inch loaf of foccacia bread
1/4 cup drained sundried tomatoes (reserve 1 tsp liquid)
4 oz goat cheese (also called chevre on the package)
1 t. snipped fresh rosemary

Pound your chicken out until it is about 1/2 inch thick.  Make sure you wrap it in  plastic wrap first, otherwise you'll have raw chicken all over the place!

Place chicken in a ziploc-type bag with the vinegar, olive oil, rosemary and garlic.  Marinate in the refrigerator of at least 2 hours.  Drain chicken and discard the leftover marinade.  Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper.

Grill chicken!!  Slice your foccacia and grill that too-but not too long or it will burn!!

For your goat cheese spread place all ingredients in the food processor and process until nearly smooth.

To serve place your spread on on the bread and top with chicken, sliced red onion and spinach.  YUM!!

In order to balance out all of the bread & cheese I paired this with a grilled acorn squash.  This one is easy!

Fire Roasted Acorn Squash

2 small acorn squash
1 T olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 T melted butter
2 tsp snipped fresh tarragon or 1/2 tsp dried tarragon

Cut squash crosswise into 1-inch rings and seed.  Combine the oil, salt and pepper and brush over the squash rings.  In a small bowl melted the butter and stir in the tarragon.  Set this aside.

Grill squash rings for about 30-45 minutes or until tender.  Turn the squash occasionally and begin brushing it with the butter mixture after 25-30 minutes of grilling.

Grill week will just have to continue next week.  I hope you'll enjoy these two recipes as much as we did!!

What's for dinner at your house this week???  Remember, if you aren't a follow please click the "follow" button at the top right hand of your screen.  Thanks!!

Monday Mish Mash

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters

I like these Monday posts full of miscellaneous  information.  Sometimes you want to say something that is too short for a post and this is the perfect spot for it!

1. I love CATS

No, not the four-legged kind.  The 2-legged, basketball game winning, KY blue wearing, most awesome team in the world Wildcats!!  So happy that my guys played well this weekend and advanced to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA tournament.  I am not athletic but I am definitely a professional fan!!  Stafford was cheering on the Wildcats is the husband since his team didn't make it into the tournament!

2. On a Sour Note

I swear my body must have some type of "sour" taste bud deficiency.  No, I am not pregnant.  But I can not get enough acidic, sour food.  I love ketchup, vinegar, sour kraut, pickles of all shapes & sizes.....anything that is sour makes me happy!!  When I was pregnant the only thing I craved was orange juice.  I didn't really believe cravings happened until I started being willing to almost trade my first born dog for that sweet & sour orange stuff!  Anything with orange in it made me pretty happy but man I could drink OJ by the gallon!!  I'm wondering if this sour/acid craving is somehow leftover from that!

I've blogged about my love for McDonalds before....don't judge me!  But Sonic has ALMOST topped the list for fast food favorite.  Mmmmmm.....the New York hotdog.  I never thought there was anything too cosmopolitan about myself but apparently I have a taste for NY goodness!!  The Sonic "New York" style hotdog has onions, spicy mustard and....wait for it....sour kraut!!!  Yummy!!!  I might have had 2 already this week

4. Just Call Me Bobby Flay

Speaking of YUMMY food, it is grilling week at our house.  The warm weather has me motivated to grill out and eat healthy.  I have about 10 recipes I am dying to try (obviously we will not do them all this week) and share with you!!  So far we've made chicken sandwiches with goat cheese spread and grilled acorn squash.  Both were super delicious....super easy...and semi-healthy too!!

5. Wiggle Worm

It is amazing what just a couple of weeks will change when you have a little one.  Little Guy is all over the place, and he can't even crawl yet!  He is never still and I know it is just a matter of time before this one is crawling....then cruising...and then running around!!   Today he got from one side of the room to the other (albeit a small room) by doing some combination of the worm, rolling over and turning in circles while on his belly.  It is hilarious and scary to watch.  I'm not ready for this!!!
Here he is just taking a break!

Our travels the last couple of weeks have been great but I am SO happy to be home!!  The house is SLOWLY getting clean, the sun is shining and the birds are singing outside my window.  So thankful for this day!!

"This is the day the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it!" Psalm 118:24

Long Time....

Wow!  It's been such a long time since I've posted that I don't even know where to start!  Our family has been going all sorts of different directions and we've been all over the map!  From Germany to California to Kentucky to Tennessee we've put some miles on the cars and on a number of planes!

Life feels a tad overwhelming right now with everything we have going on.  Obviously we have the big moving plans that we need to get nailed down.  We need to get our house ready for renters and find a place in Washington to rent.  This includes cleaning our house as well as the normal spring kind of thing like changing out our summer clothes for the winter ones.  It makes me a little sad to pack up all of the Little Guy's winter clothes!!  Thankfully the switch happened right when he really needed to move into 6-9 month clothes so I was able to save a little money that way!

Our house looks like BabiesRUs exploded somewhere inside.  Well, maybe BabiesRUs, Target, Marshalls, TJMaxx and the commissary.  I swear I was going to clean house all day!  And it is definitely cleaner than it was but still!  Good thing we aren't having any company this week!

This week is going to be fun fun fun at our house!!  I have lots of travel pictures from our sweet time with both families and it is time for Stafford's 7 month (gasp!!) update.  It is "Grilling Out" week at our house and I am going to share some amazing recipes!!  I'll also be posting an update on the 1/2 marathon training and 2 weeks of project 365 pictures!!  Stay tuned!!!!

I hope your last few weeks have been as fun filled and wonderful as ours!  We are happy to be "home" and all together again and we are enjoying our time even if the house is a little messy!!

Monday Mish-Mash

It's Monday again!!  That means it is time for all of my fun, miscellaneous thoughts.

Miscellany Monday @ lowercase letters

1. Shopaholic
I'm on vacation at "home" right now, visiting my parents and then Peter's parents.  I swore that I would be able to get everything in the car on the way home.  I'm even less of a shopper now that I have the Little Guy because it is too hard!  But since Grandpa was available as babysitter this week I got a few fabulous things.

I got a FABLOUS framed picture of Keeneland racetrack....this isn't it exactly but it is pretty close...

I also found these MARVELOUS rainboots.  Going to need those in Seattle!

(mine are in red and were SUPER cheap!!)

Little Guy got...
his first pair of shoes

and a few other books!  Marshall's & TJ Maxx are a GREAT place to look for books!

2. Free Stuff
Since I've been such a shopaholic I need to tell you about these fun giveaways!  Maybe I can win one or maybe you will!!  Or maybe we both will!!

Check out Carissa's blog for this one!!

Check out Tricia's blog at

3. Sweet Puppy

I don't blog about the other little guy on our lives very much anymore.  But I have to give major props to the Little Bear.  He is SO good with babies!  My sweet niece who is almost 17 months old has been chasing him around all week and he has been such a trooper!  At one point he would let her throw his toy and then he would chase it down and bring it back to her and let her throw it again.  Makes me excited for all the Stafford-Bear love that is coming our way in a couple of years!

4. Single Parenting....

is for the birds!  My sweet man has been gone for 2 weeks and it is 2 weeks too many!!  I can't WAIT to see that guy again!! (And I might just pawn a dirty diaper or two!!)

5. Disaster

If tragedy effects you like it does me find some way to help!  Whether it is monetarily or simply through lifting our Japanese brothers and sisters up in prayer.....just do something!
