Marshmellow Chocolate Fudge

This fudge comes from the back of the Marshmallow Creme jar.  My sister-in-law made this for Christmas and I pretty much wanted to eat the whole pan.  It was so good!  Sometimes fudge can be dry and crumbly and this wasn't at all.  It was thick and just on the edge of being gooey.  The jar calls it "Fantasy Fudge".  Maybe so.

Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 can evaporated milk
1& 1/2 package BAKER's Semi Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1 jar Marshmallow Creme
1 tsp vanilla

Line a 9-inch square pan with foil.  Bring your sugar, butter and milk to a rolling boil in a large saucepan on medium heat.  Boil for 4 minutes or until the mixture reaches 234F on a candy thermometer.  Stir constantly.  Remove the mixture from heart and add the chopped chocolate, vanilla and marshmallow creme.  Stir until combined.  Pour the mixture into your lined pan and let it cool before serving.

Try not to eat every last piece in one sitting!
